Technical support and custom modification services are purchasable.  Technical support plan details are provided below.

Threadworks: Bronze level support subscription  -- $995

· Subscription renewals occur annually
· Up to 5 support incidents
· Up to 4 hours of consulting time via telephone/email
· One customer representative per subscription allowed
· Consulting time can be applied to custom enhancements/add-ons
· Additional support incidents available at $200/hour
· Additional consulting time available at $200/hour

Threadworks: Gold level support subscription  -- $1495

· Subscription renewals occur annually
· Up to 10 support incidents
· Up to 6 hours of consulting time via telephone/email
· Two customer representatives per subscription allowed
· Consulting time can be applied to custom enhancements/add-ons
· Additional support incidents available at $200/hour
· Additional consulting time available at $200/hour
